Automotive Installation Services at Tokopedia can be used for various car and motorbike products or spare parts such as car window film, tires, oil, rims, batteries and carpets.

Tokopedia is working with workshop partners in Jabodetabek for the Automotive Installation Services feature, they also plan to expand this feature to other areas.

Tokopedia will attach an "Installation Services" label to certain products. When purchasing this product, users can check the Automotive Installation Services feature on the transaction page.

After the ordered goods arrive, take the product to a partner workshop to be installed on the vehicle.

The Automotive Installation Service is an expansion of the shopping features on the platform after seeing consumer responses to automotive products. Tokopedia noted that in the third quarter of 2023, the Automotive category will be one of the best-selling.

The platform also noted that the Tokopedia Garage campaign increased almost fourfold in the third quarter of 2023 compared to when it first appeared in the first quarter of 2021.

Based on their records, the number of sellers participating in the Tokopedia Garage campaign also increased 16 times in the third quarter of 2023 compared to the first quarter of 2021.
