Google is reportedly testing a "noise canceling" feature for its users when sending voice messages more optimally.

This news was first discovered by tech leakster AssembleDebug who revealed that the feature had been discovered in the latest beta version of Google Messages.

When this feature is activated, the voice recording that the recipient of the message will receive will be easier to understand because background noise can be minimized.

The technology leaker further stated that the latest beta version of Google Message has the code 20231113_01_RC00, as reported by the Phone Arena page on Friday (17/11) local time.

To see what version of Google Messages you have, go to Settings then select Apps, once found you can tap “Messages” and scroll down.

There you will see the code number of the Messages application currently running on your Android phone.

When tested by AssembleDebug, it said that the noise cancellation feature worked very well by significantly reducing noise from background sounds.

The button to activate noise cancellation is located in the sound recording dialog box and can be activated before sound recording, or while sound recording is in progress.

Of course, if this feature has been tested and received a lot of positive responses, maybe you will find it in the latest Google Message update some time in the future.
